We are looking for candidates that come from sales backgrounds (e.g. telesales, lettings , car sales) or construction backgrounds (e.g Labourers, hods, apprentices etc)

A 360 recruiter in construction recruitment manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to securing client job briefs. They build and maintain relationships with both construction companies and skilled professionals. Their role includes business development, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful placements.

Base pay is between £23-25K dependant on experience with First year OTE between £35-45K.
