• £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £45k!
• Quarterly & yearly bonuses allowing you to earn up to £32k on top of commission and base!
• Yearly trip that is all expenses paid to the likes of Marbella, Ibiza, New York and Dublin!

• Shadow client briefings to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs.
• Deep dive into role requirements, qualifications, and expectations.
• Market Expertise:
• Conduct market mapping to identify top firms and potential clients.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
• Talent Acquisition:
• Attract, screen, and assess high-calibre candidates.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, handling references and final negotiations.

• A background in a competitive sport or hobby is highly desirable
• Confident and the ability to hold your own with senior individuals
• Excellent communication skills
