Role Responsibilities

• Engage in cold calling to build client and candidate relationships
• Guide candidates through hiring processes, offer support and negotiation
• Attend client meetings and understand hiring needs
• Research market trends in your tech vertical

Candidate Profile

• Money-motivated and goal-oriented
• Competitive, ideally with a sports background
• Degree or prior sales experience
• Strong communication skills
