• £26k base salary with OTE of £65k+ in your first year
• Base salary increase to £30k after your first promotion

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates through advertisements, networking, and direct outreach

• Managing roles end-to-end, earning commission on successful placements
• Building your expertise within the sector, creating lasting client relationships, and expanding your network
