What You'll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll dive into dynamic daily operations with the full support of our experienced team, including:

• Building strong relationships with prospective clients through strategic calls and visits.
• Recruiting top candidates to match client requirements.
• Using innovative marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best talent.
• Managing bookings and delivering seamless service to clients and candidates.
• Resolving queries with professionalism and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• 24/7 on-call phone for any out of hours requirements (rotated weekly).
