Working Days:
Monday to Friday - 08:30AM 17:00PM with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll dive into dynamic daily operations with the full support of our experienced team, including:
Building strong relationships with prospective clients through strategic calls and visits.
Recruiting top candidates to match client requirements.
Using innovative marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best talent.
Managing bookings and delivering seamless service to clients and candidates.
Resolving queries with professionalism and ensuring exceptional customer service.
24/7 on-call phone for any out of hours requirements (rotated weekly).
Your day-to-day will be action-packed, rewarding, and diverseperfect for someone who thrives on challenges and loves to grow.
