The Benefits: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£ 27k base salary with an increase to £ 32.5k once promoted to Consultant
Commission Structure up to 40% (OTE 50K in your first year)
Promotion within 5 to 6 months of being in the industry
One to one training with a few classroom sessions with the directors
Holiday incentives to places such as Ibiza, Mallorca, the Alps
Early finish every Friday
WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
380 role:
Business development and sourcing your own clients via headhunting
Studying the market and advising clients
Understand what they are looking for in a candidate in terms of credentials and culture fit
Sourcing the candidate via LinkedIn, cold calling, advertising and headhunting
Taking the candidate through the interview process and make a successful placement by giving tips on how to succeed
The Perfect Individual for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salesy experience with cold calling/ B2B/ client facing/ tele sales
Degree educated from a top 50 university
Charismatic and energetic
Competitive
