The Role
Youll work as a Recruitment Consultant within a specialist market, using your sales skills to generate revenue, manage relationships, and deliver results. Youll receive structured training, but success will depend on your ambition and mindset.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing relationships with clients and candidates.
Proactively sourcing and approaching new talent.
Managing job adverts and candidate pipelines.
Coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the process.
Negotiating offers and securing placements.
Earning uncapped commission based on performance.
