Starting in a candidate-focused role, you will build the core skills needed to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant, including:
Identifying and engaging high-demand technology professionals

Sourcing candidates using advanced search strategies across multiple platforms

Conducting detailed candidate calls

Building strong relationships with candidates and understanding client needs

Managing the recruitment process through to offer and placement

As your performance grows, you will progress into a full consultant role, taking ownership of:
Winning and managing client relationships

Negotiating fees, rates, and partnership agreements

Building your desk as your own business within the company
