About the Role:
We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You’ll be working in the permanent recruitment market, learning the ropes from seasoned professionals and building your own client base.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking Building strong relationships with clients and candidates Managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placement Working to clear, achievable targets with full support What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in telesales or business development A love for working to targets and KPIs A competitive spirit and hunger for success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer:
