The Role As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, youll be trained to deliver senior-level search assignments while developing strong commercial and relationship-management skills. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where success is rewarded quickly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with senior candidates and decision-makers

Mapping markets and identifying high-calibre talent

Conducting detailed headhunting and outreach

Managing the full executive search process from brief to placement

Preparing candidates for interviews and managing feedback

Negotiating offers and closing senior-level placements
