What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to run your own 360° recruitment desk - building relationships, winning business and matching talented candidates with brilliant clients.
You'll receive full training from day one and will quickly take on responsibilities such as:
Business Development
Prospecting new clients via phone, email, social media & meetings Promoting Hunter Selection's services and unique selling points Negotiating commercial terms
