Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)

What You'll Do

Source and interview candidates for education roles
Market candidates to schools across the East Midlands
Support your team in building and maintaining client relationships
Work towards targets that reward consistency, resilience, and hard workOnce established, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts, and earn commission on every placement.

Full UK driving licence or test booked (essential)
