- Previous experience in sales, telesales or a customer-facing role
- Experience working in a target-led or fast-paced environment
- Reaching out to tax and auditprofessionals across the UK
- Building strong talent pipelines to support client hiring needs
- Supporting senior recruiters and headhunters on active recruitment projects
- Learning how to source, screen and assess candidates for specialist roles
- Researching markets and roles to stay ahead of industry trends
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Office-based role
- Free parking available
