We're expanding our Stoke office and are looking for a driven, confident Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you're already working in Education recruitment, or come from a high-volume sales background, we'd love to hear from you - we offer full cross-sector training.

Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines
Arranging interviews and managing placements
