The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:

Building relationships with candidates and clients
Business development through cold calling and client meetings
Working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced office environment
Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into suitable roles
Managing multiple priorities under pressure
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
