What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant – London


  • Sourcing top talent by advertising roles, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service and create repeat business
  • Generating new business leads through a variety of channels and proactive outreach
  • Networking within your specialist market to stay ahead of trends and uncover opportunities
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure the right fit for roles and clients
  • Working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven sales or commercially related experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Ambition to grow and succeed in a target-driven, high-performance sales role
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Resilience, drive, and determination to consistently deliver results
