Academics are a National Education Agency with 22 offices across the country. Our Stoke office has been open nearly 15 years; working with local Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools.

We're looking for a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Stoke-on-Trent team.

Are you driven, ambitious, and eager to build a career in recruitment?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career or looking to transition into recruitment. While a background in sales is beneficial, it's your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn that matter most.

Job role:

* Supporting schools by sourcing and placing education professionals
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and schools
* Writing job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
* Learning how to manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
* Working towards targets in a supportive, team-focused environment

What we're looking for:

* A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
* A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
* Resilience and motivation to succeed
* Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
