The Role As an entry-level Recruitment Consultant, youll start by sourcing and engaging candidates . Over time, youll progress into a full 360 role, managing:
Client relationships and business development

Candidate sourcing, interviews, and placement management

Offer negotiation and closing deals

Building and running your own specialist desk
