We have opportunities for an experienced and dynamic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding permanent team in our Nottingham Head Office.

Key Accountabilities:

* Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates

* Oversee the entire recruitment process, from acquiring new clients to successfully placing candidates

* Conduct sales calls, present job opportunities, and negotiate offers to close deals

* Achieve defined KPIs and performance targets

* Foster lasting relationships through both phone and face-to-face interactions

The Ideal Candidate:

* Driven and eager to succeed with a strong work ethic

* Can communicate confidently both on the phone and face to face

* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
