Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant

£27,000 (increase to £30,000 after probation) | OTE £80k (Y1) OTE £120k (Y2) | London

The role:

From day one, you’ll work on live international searches.

You’ll learn how to source and assess top-tier global talent, support searches for venture-backed startups and leading investment funds, build relationships with candidates and clients, manage interview processes and negotiations, develop market expertise, and progressively build and own your own desk.

By the end of your first year, the goal is simple: you operate independently and generate serious revenue.

Training & progression:

You’ll complete a 6-month training programme led directly by the Managing Director, receive ongoing coaching and mentorship, follow a clear path to fully-fledged Consultant, gain ownership of your own desk, and develop exposure to international markets.

If you perform, you progress. Simple.
