Alchemy is working with a leading UK removals company to recruit a Trainee Removals Branch Manager in Nottingham. What You’ll Be Doing: Shadow and support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations Learn to manage branch profitability and cost control Assist in sales development for domestic, international, storage, and O&I relocations Coordinate quotes, bookings, and job scheduling Help manage logistics, vehicles and staff deployment Ensure high-quality customer service and complaint resolution Support personnel management, including training and shift planning Monitor inventory, warehouse and storage operations Help implement health & safety procedures on removal sites Collect operational metrics and assist with performance reporting Liaise with suppliers, vendors and industry partners Contribute to process improvements and initiatives
