We’re looking for an ambitious early career professional with some post-university commercial experience to join our executive search team, supporting the delivery of senior leadership and executive mandates across the US. Based in London, you’ll be working closely with our Partners, Consultants, and Researchers to identify, engage, and assess exceptional candidates for leadership roles across our key US clients.
This is a trainee opportunity for someone who is smart, curious, and ready to work hard. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to high-level hiring, learning directly from experienced search professionals while playing a meaningful role in executing real-time mandates.
