Trainee Resident Liaison Officer / Customer Care Officer Full time, permanent £24,000 - £26,000 per annum plus car allowance and mileage Role will be based in North West London and surrounding areas We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer to join their team covering projects in North West London and surrounding areas. Driving license is essential for this role. You will be part of a team who carry out planned refurbishment works within Social Housing properties. You will shadow an experienced RLO learning on the job, acting as the face of the business and the customer service expert and point of liaison between tenants and site teams. Our client is looking for a candidate with great customer service skills and will consider candidates outside of the construction industry for this role.
