If you’re passionate about property and eager to develop a long‑term surveying career, you could be a great fit. You’ll qualify if you meet ONE of the following:
1 year relevant experience + RICS‑accredited bachelor’s degree
2 years relevant experience + RICS‑accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), such as:
Estate agency
Domestic energy assessment
Property management
We also welcome candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.
As a Trainee Surveyor, you’ll learn directly from experienced professionals while building your technical expertise. Your role will include:
Shadowing mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
Attending structured classroom and workshop sessions
Learning how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
Developing skills in industry‑leading surveying tools and software
