Motorhouse Livingston is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in automotive sales. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop into a successful Sales Executive. Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options. Learn and follow the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover. Arrange and accompany customer test drives. Maintain strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and promotions. Follow up leads via phone, email, and in-person appointments. Assist with vehicle presentations, pricing, and showroom displays.
