Trainee Teacher - Primary School Support (HLTA/TA Work)

We are looking for soon-to-be qualified teachers who are beginning their ECT journey and would like flexible, ad hoc supply work in primary schools. This is a great opportunity for trainee teachers who want to gain extra classroom experience, build confidence and develop their practice before securing a full ECT post. Roles may include general supply cover, HLTA responsibilities or supporting as a TA within EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You’ll need strong communication skills, a positive approach and a willingness to get stuck in across different year groups. This flexible work is ideal for those wanting to broaden their classroom experience while completing their training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
