PrincipleDuties: SupporttheTeamLead/CampusDeanwithday-to-dayacademiccoordinationandoperations.
Shadowandassistwithacademicleadershiptasks,includingtimetabling,lecturerallocation,coverarrangements,andqualityassurance.
SupportCourseCoordinatorsandLecturerswithclassdelivery,materials,assessments,andteachingstandards.
Deliversupervisedteachingacrossfoundation,undergraduate,andpostgraduatelevels.
Contributetocurriculumplanning,development,andacademicsupportinitiatives.
Monitorstudentattendance,progress,andachievement,maintainingaccurateacademicrecords.
Identifyandsupportat-riskstudentsincollaborationwithacademicandstudentsupportteams.
Provideacademicandpastoralsupportthroughtutorials,officehours,andPATsupervision.
Assistwithmarkingandprovidetimely,constructivefeedbackinlinewithacademicguidelines.
Gatherstaffandstudentfeedbacktosupportcontinuousimprovementandstudentsuccess.
Participateinacademicmeetings,events,inductionactivities,andcampus-wideinitiatives.
