Trainee Workshop Operative

Our client who are a manufacturer of interior automotive components are looking for a Trainee Workshop Operative join their team.

The role is paying up to £12.50ph and is working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who has manufacturing experience, happy with some heavy lifting and operating tools.

Trainee Workshop Operative duties:-

Operating a blast gun
Cleaning or degreasing parts to remove heavy contaminants before blasting and masking areas that should not be touched
Inspecting components after blasting to ensure all rust, paint, carbon, or oxidation is removed and the desired smooth, satin finish is achieved.
Following safety procedures, as the process involves high pressure and machinery.The role is working 8am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

This is a temporary to permanent role.
