Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £40k Year 1 | £60k Year 2 | £80k+ Year 3

The Role Youll join as an entry-level Recruitment Consultant, learning the foundations of recruitment by sourcing and engaging candidates within the GTM market. As you develop, youll move into a full 360 role, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:
Candidate sourcing and qualification

Building and maintaining client relationships

Business development

Negotiation and placement management
