As an integral member of our team, the chosen candidate would assume the role of Training and Competence Manager at Isio. In this capacity, they will manage our firm’s adherence with the guidelines and regulations stipulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

What’s the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Training & Competency Manager with a strong track record of having worked with a growing financial advice business.

As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent financial planning knowledge, technical skills, a commercial outlook, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.

As a Training and Competency Manager with Isio, you will support and drive our engagement and success through:

Where is the role?

We are recruiting for a Training & Competency manager ideally located in the South East including London, Croydon or Readingbut can be located nationally.

We operate on a hybrid basis, offering you the opportunity to work both in the office and from home. The expectation would be 2 -3 days per week in the office. As a result the candidate can be located nationally although the preference would be to be located in the South East.

As a business we believe in building strong communities amongst our employees – both across locations and teams, hosting regular team building, charity, and social events.

We encourage candidates who are certified competent under FCA guidelines to apply for this position. The Training and Competence Manager position requires a high level of organisational, strategic, and motivational skills, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining FCA training programs across Isio.
