Training and Development Coordinator –Chester – Permanent (up to 40 hours per week) – Up to £35,000 per annum
Company Cultures and Job Summary:
The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs that enable food and beverage professionals to successfully adopt and maximise the solution. This role ensures both internal teams and external clients develop future-ready digital skills, achieve operational excellence, and foster a culture of learning and adaptability.
Working Patterns: This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week on site in Chester.
The Key Responsibilities of a Training and Documentation Lead:
* Develop structured, role-based learning pathways aligned to business objectives
* Create onboarding materials and build a scalable Product Academy
* Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
* Lead onboarding and upskilling to drive successful system adoption
* Build digital capability in data literacy, system navigation, and automation
* Design and maintain high-quality training materials and documentation (APTY)
* Align content with operational workflows and compliance requirements
* Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programmes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support adoption and transformation initiatives
Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Training and Documentation Lead role, however you will not be expected to have everything:
* Strong instructional design and confident facilitation skills
* In-depth knowledge of system modules, workflows, and configuration
* Understanding of food and beverage standards, including traceability, compliance, inventory, and production planning
* Proficient in using interactive training tools such as LMS platforms, webinars, and simulations
* Analytical mindset with the ability to tailor training and measure effectiveness
Key Outcomes & KPIs:
* 90% pass rate on all training modules.
* 85%+ learner satisfaction score within the first quarter of Product Academy launch.
* 80% of non-technical users upskilled in digital competencies.
* Reduction in support tickets and improved system adoption across teams.
