Training Assessor, Accrington, Lancashire 40 hours per week Office based £36,000-£38,000

HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced training assessor to join a newly formed HR team in this expanding organisation in the care sector. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be delivering high quality training that will drive improvements in service delivery to meet the needs of our organisation.

Role Responsibilities To deliver high quality engaging and informative training sessions and workshops to new employees promoting restorative and relational working throughout the services. You will need to be responsive to practice improvement, responding to learning from Ofsted inspections, audits and feedback as well as ensuring that training is up to date with developing research and changes in legislation. To deliver the induction and on boarding programme, following up with new employees on a regular basis throughout their induction period. Managing the NVQ programme, organising peer group learning sessions and ensuring mandatory NVQ training is completed on time.
