About the role As our Training Coordinator, you ll make sure colleagues on site are trained effectively and legally compliant to perform their roles. You ll manage training administration, develop documentation and processes, and deliver some training sessions. This role is key to keeping our site safe, skilled and ready for success. You ll need to work within policies and processes, adapt to change and build strong relationships across the site and with external providers. What s in it for you? Organise and manage all on-site training courses, including scheduling, communications, attendance and LMS record-keeping Oversee onboarding for new starters and support smooth transitions for role changes or transfers Maintain accurate training records and monitor compliance with training schedules Act as the main point of contact for training queries and coordinate resources and equipment Support the L&D Manager in creating and maintaining the site training plan and matrices Who are we?
