Are you experienced in running webinars and coordinating events for a membership audience?

We’re hiring a Training & Events Coordinator to deliver a high-volume programme of online training, webinars, and member events for a respected professional body.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver 150+ annual training sessions & events (mostly online)
• Run webinars end-to-end (setup, live delivery, troubleshooting)
• Coordinate hybrid & in-person events
• Manage speakers, delegates, and member communications
• Own logistics, systems, and delivery quality

What we need:

• Events/webinar coordination experience
• Ideally from a membership organisation or similar environment
• Strong organisation + ability to juggle multiple events weekly
• Confident using Zoom / online platforms
• Excellent stakeholder communication
