The Role

We are seeking an experienced Training & Health and Safety Manager to lead and grow our training division, oversee company-wide health and safety, and deliver high-quality in-house training.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving compliance, improving standards, and supporting our continued growth through effective training and safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities

\t•\tLead, develop, and expand the company’s training division

\t•\tDesign and deliver in-house training programmes across maintenance and cleaning services

\t•\tEnsure full compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices

\t•\tDevelop, implement, and monitor H&S policies and procedures

\t•\tConduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections

\t•\tProvide expert guidance and support to managers and operational teams

\t•\tMaintain training records and ensure workforce competency

\t•\tPromote a strong safety-first culture across the organisation

\t•\tSupport business growth by aligning training with operational needs

Requirements

\t•\tProven experience in a Training and Health & Safety role

\t•\tIOSH and NEBOSH qualifications (essential)

\t•\tTrain the Trainer qualification (essential)

\t•\tStrong industry knowledge in maintenance and cleaning services

\t•\tExcellent communication and presentation skills

\t•\tAbility to work independently and manage a national remit

\t•\tStrong organisational and leadership abilities
