This will include undertaking inductions for our Financial Advisory (FA) population, as well as ensuring they are kept fully updated and compliant with Life Sales processes and regulations! Hybrid working from our Stratford-upon-Avon offices, you will deliver a range of training during your office-based days (circa 2-3 per week), working with circa 75 Financial Advisors, as well as our NAS (Non-advised Sales) colleagues. Youll also support the Life advice proposition, working with Operations, Risk and Governance departments, ultimately ensuring compliance via the right training & improvement plans for our FS staff.
