Description

Keyholder responsibilities that require to open and close the academy without supervision
Coordinate and manage training schedules and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
Provide administrative support to the training team, including preparing materials and maintaining accurate records.
Manage daily academy operations, including opening/closing the facility, handling post and couriers, and greeting visitors.
Support on‑site needs such as finding models, restocking refreshment stations, and keeping the space tidy throughout the day.
Oversee retail area activity, including student purchases and stock replenishment.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards across all training operations.Profile

A successful Training Operations Coordinator should have:

Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Experience in customer-centric retail or hospitality background with key-holder responsibilities is desirable.
Previous FOH Administrative roles, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Job Offer
