Team Overview The Corporate Finance team is made up of a dynamic and supportive group of individuals who are driven by building relationships with clients, not purely completing transactions. The team focus on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. Established in 2015, Buzzacott's Corporate Finance team has now grown to be a team of c.20 making it one of the fastest growing teams in Buzzacott.

The Transaction Services ('TS') team works with corporate, private equity and banking clients on their acquisitions, investments, and financing. This position is ideally suited for someone with TS experience who wants to accelerate their career by developing themselves whilst assisting with growing the team. Role Overview You will be a part of a lead advisory orientated team, with a focus on transactions in the £5m to £100m space as well as a valuations team. The team are all encouraged to leverage off each other's specialisms and learn and grow together. What You'll Be Doing Assist the Partner and Directors of the team with delivery of buy-side advisory services and the preparation of financial due diligence reports.
