Want to work for a global advisory business with offices throughout the UK? This international business has a major UK presence advising mid-market businesses undergoing change and growth. Amongst their service lines is Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence where they have an experienced and expanding team in Leeds.
Supporting the service line leaders, the role encompasses the provision of financial due diligence to privately owned, mid-market and larger businesses. This covers the whole range of corporate finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s and more. A qualified accountant is required, most likely ACA, CA or ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS) with extensive client facing experience. A sound commercial understanding beyond the financials is highly desirable, as are analytical and report writing skills. It is essential that you have trained with a quality firm of accountants, although you may have subsequently moved to industry and wish to return to an advisory business. You will need experience of due diligence or a closely related discipline such as IBR experience within corporate restructuring.
