We are working with a well-established accountancy firm in Reading that is looking to expand their dynamic team. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to join a growing team within a fast-paced, high-impact environment, where you will work on a diverse range of mid-market transactions.As part of the Transaction Services team, you will play a key role in providing in-depth financial and vendor due diligence services. This role offers exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions, enabling you to deliver high-quality, actionable insights to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and executing financial due diligence and vendor due diligence for mid-market transactions, managing the process from initial scoping to final deliverables.Collaborating with clients to understand strategic needs, providing insights to inform critical business decisions.Managing teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects while mentoring and coaching junior staff.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.Contributing to business development efforts, including proposal generation and identifying opportunities to drive future growth.QualificationsProven experience in Transaction Services (TS), with a strong track record in financial and vendor due diligence.Experience in the mid-market space or with mid-market clients is preferred.Demonstrated experience at the Assistant Manager or Manager level, with the ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to build relationships at all levels.A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and ConsultingIndustriesFinancial Services and Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
