Transaction Services Manager – London


We are currently working with one of the UK’s leading advisory firms, known for its high-performing Transaction Services practice and strong reputation in the mid-market.


The London team is continuing to grow and is now looking to hire a Transaction Services Manager to support its expanding pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-established and well-compensated TS platform, working on a strong mix of buy-side and sell-side mandates, with consistent private equity exposure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver financial and vendor due diligence engagements across mid-market transactions
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from scoping through to final report delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors and deal teams
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Support business development activity and contribute to team growth


Requirements

  • Strong Transaction Services experience (FDD/VDD)
  • Experience operating at Assistant Manager / Manager level
  • Confident managing teams and leading client engagements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ACA / ACCA / CA qualified preferred (or equivalent experience)
