Sonardyne is seeking an experienced and driven Transducer Engineer to join our Electromechanical Design Group . This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to lead continuous, data-driven improvements across our transducer systems and ensure world-class acoustic performance and reliability. With over 50 years of innovation in underwater acoustics, Sonardyne operates at the forefront of subsea technology. In this role, you will work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating closely with design, production, and quality teams to shape and maintain acoustic excellence in products used globally. If you join you will be integral in: Define, maintain, and evolve acoustic quality standards and acceptance criteria for new and existing products
Provide technical leadership in evaluating and validating acoustic performance throughout the product lifecycle
Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality, and efficient transducer manufacture
Support the development and introduction of new transducer designs into production
