Reporting to the Transfer Manager, you will be responsible for managing all activities relating to asset transfers, including transfers in and out, internal movements, and APS transfers. Responsibilities: Process asset transfers in and out across multiple products, platforms, and account types Manage internal transfers arising from changes in client status (e.g., tax documentation, trust distributions, bereavement, spouse-to-spouse transfers) Monitor transfer progress, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary Facilitate depot movements and ensure accurate record-keeping Set up nominee accounts and provide KYC documentation when required Handle report uploads and downloads (e.g., IFDS) Work closely with fund managers, market counterparties, and internal Operations teams to maintain accurate client account data Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and demonst...
