Duration: 12 months

Are you a proactive project professional with a passion for delivering operational change and system transformation in complex environments?
We’re looking for a Transformation Delivery & Change Specialist to join a fast-paced Business Transformation team focused on enabling scalable, risk-conscious compliance operations. This role plays a key part in delivering end-to-end transformation projects—bridging process, technology, and people to support enterprise-scale compliance initiatives.
You’ll coordinate across technical and business stakeholders, help drive change management efforts, and support systems rollouts from design through to operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Design Support
- Participate in early system design discussions to capture requirements and outline functional solutions.
- Document and support the development of proposed architectures aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless and scalable delivery of transformation projects.
- Track timelines, action items, and critical dependencies using structured project plans.
- Lead logistics for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder training, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate closely with transformation leads, data and QA teams, and system governance functions.
- Drive the coordination of change activities—communications, stakeholder engagement, and training schedules.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams, secure buy-in, and promote adoption.
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies to support smooth transitions and lasting change.
- Monitor project performance and adoption metrics, surfacing insights and red flags where needed.
- Contribute to the creation of regular reports and internal updates for leadership.
- Strong experience in project coordination, change management, or transformation support within large, tech-driven environments.
- Strong familiarity with the full project lifecycle—especially systems implementation and stakeholder readiness.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Experience in compliance, regulatory operations, or working with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
- Project Management or Change Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci).
- Prior experience supporting cross-functional teams in high-risk or federated business environments.
- Please note, the deadline for this role is Tuesday 22nd July 2025 **
