An exciting opportunity to join a growing internal transformation team at a leading global insurer.

This Transformation Manager role offers the chance to shape and deliver large-scale strategic change across a complex, international business that supports the transport and logistics sector. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team focused on transforming core functions and improving both internal operations and customer-facing services.


The Role

As a Transformation Manager, you'll report to the Senior Transformation Manager and work closely with business and technology teams to design and deliver meaningful, cross-functional change.


Your work will include:

  • Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
  • Supporting organisational transformation, including structure, culture, process and governance
  • Improving member-facing service models
  • Leading or supporting end-to-end programme delivery across IT, finance, front-office and more
  • Applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence strategic direction and drive transformation outcomes


About You

We're looking for a confident transformation professional who can lead and shape initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. You'll be a strong communicator, problem-solver and collaborator who thrives in complex stakeholder landscapes.


Essential:

  • 6+ years’ experience in management consultancy or complex delivery roles
  • Proven experience in operating model design, org design, and programme delivery
  • Exposure to multi-functional projects across finance, IT, or operations
  • Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and change delivery skills
  • Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree
