Transformation Project Manager (CIP) 3 Months | Inside IR35 | North West England | Acute Hospital Overview A hospital in the North West of England is expanding its Clinical Group PMO to deliver a refreshed Cost Improvement Programme (CIP). Reporting to the Transformation Programme Manager, the Band 7 CIP Project Manager will provide hands-on delivery support across multiple CIP initiatives. This includes working directly with clinical, operational, and corporate teams to identify, evidence, and progress productivity and efficiency improvements. This role is inside IR35 , based in the North West , and solely focused on CIP work within this acute hospital. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of CIP projects across a range of operational and clinical services, working directly with teams to identify and quantify opportunities. Gather data, map processes, and carry out analysis to shape improvements and validate potential savings or income generation.
