Transport Administrator / Planner – Join Our Logistics Team in Barking
We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Administrator / Planner to join our logistics team based in Barking . In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective administrative systems that support the smooth running of our transport operations.
Hours - Monday - Friday,
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing daily transport desk activities, including fuel monitoring and internal communications.
Handling document control and producing daily performance reports.
Processing driver infringements and managing insurance documentation.
Ensuring compliance with O Licence regulations.
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and maintaining high operational standards.
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative skills and experience in a transport or logistics environment (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Good IT proficiency, including experience with document management and reporting tools.
Ability to prioritise tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
