Job Title: Transport Administrator (PART TIME) Responsible To: Operations Department Hours: Monday Friday 10:00 14:00 (20 hours per week) Location: Sheepbridge, Chesterfield Salary: £13,700 per annum
Role Purpose: To deal effectively and efficiently with all aspects of Transport Administration, managing the day-to-day operations of transportation within a company, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods, people, or vehicles. This role involves coordination, logistics, compliance, and customer service. Key Tasks: Plan, coordinate, scheduling transportation routes for vehicles, booking slots for deliveries, using various IT systems. Checking & Authorising invoices.
