This is a full time permanent role. The hours of work are 7am - 7pm

Your Time at Work The role - What we would like you to do In this exciting challenging role we would like you to - Lead the day to day transport operations - to include scheduling, routing and managing drivers, transport team - Oversee fleet maintenance/management - Develop and enforce transport policies and Health and Safety - Analyse performance metrics - Collaborate with planning, customer service and senior management to align transport and drive efficiency.

Our Perfect Worker What experience/skills would we like you to have - Proven experience in transport or logistics leadership role - Be able to manage teams and driver performance - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Analytical and operational mindset - Valid CPC accreditation and a strong knowledge of transport law
